Shipment processing time


All orders are processed and shipped the same day if we receive the ordered before 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during inclement weather. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


We charge a per-item rate of $15.00 to ship anywhere in the United States, it's territories, and P.O. Boxes.


Shipment methods we use

USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS.  Whichever is most time and cost effective at the time of shipping - Estimated Delivery time is 1-5 days depending how far your product is to be shipped from the Pacific Northwest.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking number or your order for more than 7 - 10 business days since ordered. 


Shipment to addresses and P.O. boxes ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. box addresses. If the shipping carrier cannot verify the address you requested at the time we create a shipping label; you will be contacted by American RV Accessories for clarification via email, or phone, or both.  If within two attempts we cannot reach you and within five business days for clarification in shipping your order; your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be visible within 24 hours on the shipping carrier's website.


Taxes is responsible for collecting applicable taxes from it's online customers in the state we have a physical presence, or "nexus" in.  Washington State taxes (8.5%) will apply to your order at the time of purchase. 


Damages does it's best to ship it's products securely and tightly so that it arrives to you undamaged even if the package looks damaged in shipping. We believe that its our responsibility to provide you with what you paid for. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will work with you in getting the problem resolved. You must provide us with proof of damage within one calendar day of receiving your package, and want a replacement. We ask that you provide us with photos taken of the damaged items and packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier properly.  We will send you return labels by email or snail mail so that you can return the damaged product back to us during the process of getting your order replaced. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States of America.

  • Notify us within 14 days for a refund.  Contact us via email at or by phone, 360-835-8300 to initiate a return authorization.  Be sure to tell us why you are returning the item and if you would like a return or an exchange for the item purchased.  We will provide a return label to you by email for the item to be sent back to us.

  • We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.  Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.

  • After 14 days of purchasing the items online; customers are eligible for exchanges and can do so for up to a 30 day window.

  • Notify us on any faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items WILL NOT be exchanged, refunded, or received back beyond the 30th day of purchase made online at  If the product has been sent back to us, we will not accept it and send it back to the return address on the label.

  • Additional postage charges may be required on an exchange.

  • Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto product, or retail packaging/boxes.

  • Items must be unused and in packaging for full refund or your refund may be discounted for any damages made to product during testing, installation, or shipping back to American RV Accessories.

  • When returning faulty items to us (self-return) you may be able to claim back your return postage cost up to a maximum of $6.00 per item.
